These terms are an agreement between you and trackmyage ("we", "us"), the operator of trackmyage.com and app.trackmyage.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.
1. What trackmyage is
trackmyage is a personal health dashboard. It brings data you already generate into one place: metrics synced from a connected wearable account, meals you photograph, health check reports you upload, and values you type in yourself. From that data it computes two summary numbers, Body Age and Aging Speed, and shows trends over time.
2. trackmyage is not medical advice
Read this section carefully. It is the most important part of these terms.
- Informational purposes only. The Service exists for personal wellness tracking, information, and education. It is not designed for, and must not be used for, making medical decisions.
- Body Age and Aging Speed are statistical estimates. They are numbers computed from the data you provide. They are not medical measurements, they have no clinical meaning, and they can be wrong. The same applies to every derived number in the Service, including calorie and macro estimates produced by AI from meal photos and values extracted by AI from scanned reports.
- No medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing shown in the Service is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. We are not a healthcare provider and nobody involved in running the Service is acting as your doctor.
- Not a medical device. The Service is not a medical device and has not been evaluated, cleared, or approved by any medical regulator anywhere.
- Talk to a doctor, not to a dashboard. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something the Service shows you. Consult a qualified doctor before you change your diet, your training, or your medication, and before acting on anything you see in the Service.
- Emergencies. The Service is not for emergencies. If you think you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on anything in the Service.
- Your risk, your decisions. You use the Service at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility for your health, for any health outcome, or for any decision you or anyone else makes based on the Service.
3. Your account
You sign in with your email address, through a sign-in link or Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account and to your signed-in sessions secure, and for everything done through your account. If you think someone else has gotten into your account, tell us at hello@trackmyage.com right away. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One account is for one person; the data model assumes the whole account is a single body.
4. Connected services
You can connect third party accounts, such as a Garmin account, so the Service can fetch your data. You may only connect accounts that are yours or that you have clear permission to connect. Those services have their own terms and can change or cut off access at any time; if that happens, syncing stops and we are not responsible for it. We are also not responsible for the accuracy of any data a third party service delivers.
5. Your data
Your data stays yours; nothing in these terms transfers ownership of it to us. You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process what you add, only as far as is needed to run the Service for you. That includes sending meal photos and uploaded reports to an AI provider to produce the analysis you requested, and nothing else; we do not use your data to train AI models. By uploading a photo or document you confirm you have the right to upload it. Do not upload documents about anyone other than yourself without that person's permission. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Pricing and payment
The first 9 people are free forever, meaning free for as long as the Service exists; section 9 explains what happens if it ever shuts down.
Everyone after them pays for access with an annual subscription, released in batches: the price shown when you join is the price you keep for as long as your subscription stays active. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes we are required to collect. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
Your subscription renews yearly at your locked price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@trackmyage.com; your access continues to the end of the paid year, and nothing further is charged. If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend access until the payment succeeds.
Refunds: for your first subscription, we offer a full refund within 14 days of the first payment. After that there are no refunds for partial years, with one exception: the pro rata refund in section 9 if the Service is discontinued.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, probe or attack the infrastructure, scrape or copy the Service, interfere with other people's use, or resell access. Do not upload content you have no right to upload. We may rate limit, suspend, or remove content or accounts to protect the Service and its users.
8. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account and data by writing to hello@trackmyage.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Section 9 covers what happens if the Service itself is discontinued.
9. If trackmyage shuts down
trackmyage is a small product, and these terms are honest about what that means: we may stop offering it one day. If we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice by email. Before the shutdown date you can request an export of your data by writing to hello@trackmyage.com; after the Service closes, remaining data is deleted.
If you have a paid subscription and the Service is discontinued before your paid year ends, we refund the unused part of what you paid, pro rata. "Free forever" for founding members is a price promise, not a promise that the Service will exist forever: it means free for as long as the Service exists. The pro rata refund is the full remedy for discontinuation, consistent with the liability cap in section 12.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, its code, and the trackmyage name belong to us. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service and nothing more. Your own data and photos remain yours, as described in section 5.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any number it shows is accurate, and we do not promise that stored data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of documents that matter to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, for loss of data or profits, or for any harm to health or any health outcome connected with your use of the Service. Our total liability for all claims together is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. If you paid nothing, that cap is zero. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Indemnity
If someone else brings a claim against us because of something you did with the Service, for example because you uploaded a photo or document you had no right to upload, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover the costs and damages that claim causes us, including reasonable legal fees.
14. Changes to the Service and these terms
trackmyage will keep changing: we may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves. We may also update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version. If a change meaningfully reduces your rights, we will point it out inside the Service before it takes effect. Using the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
15. Disputes: email us first
Most problems are solved with a short email. If you have a dispute or complaint about the Service, write to hello@trackmyage.com first and give us a reasonable chance, at least 30 days, to fix it before you start any formal proceeding. Formal disputes that we cannot resolve this way belong in the courts named in section 16.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
17. Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and trackmyage about the Service.
